How Can Painful Sore Area Around The Anus be Treated?

I have had an extremely sore area around my anus. My doctor has prescribed several ointments but nothing has helped. It is extremely painful when I have a bowel movement. When I have to void it burns terribly. I really need some relief. This has been sore for a long time. I need help.

Seems you need to take stool softners like liquid paraffin Along with local antimicrobial and pain relieving ointments which you are using right now,to avoid painful defeacation.consult your surgeon he may prescribe suitable stool softners to you.
